Andrew Heitman joined Davis & Snyder in March 2020 after having worked as an Assistant Solicitor in Greenville County for four years. At the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, Andrew was able to gain invaluable experience in the courtroom and prosecuted criminals for a wide variety of crimes from Shopliftings to Armed Robberies. Andrew also managed the Solicitor’s New Start Program, working closely with The Phoenix Center and FAVOR to give simple possession drug offenders an opportunity to rehabilitate themselves and avoid a criminal conviction on their record.
A native of Greenville County, Andrew attended Presbyterian College where he majored in History and minored in Biology. He earned his law degree in May 2015 from Charleston School of Law and was sworn into the South Carolina Bar in November 2015.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors, watching sports, and playing with his dog Jackson.
